Lessons

Making cross country skiing easy and fun is our goal. A short lesson from our PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) instructors, will show you how some technique tips can develop new skills, build confidence, and open up new aspects of the sport. We offer a variety of lessons to meet your needs and specialized clinics throughout the season. Contact us for details regarding a lesson to suit your needs. 

Beginner Lessons

*Beginner lessons are 1 hour 15 minutes
*Trail pass included
*Discounted rental rates offered
*Classic Lessons available 7 days/week. Skate Lessons Wed-Sun.

Women’s Skate Ski Programs

NORDIC DIVAS
When: Thursdays from 1:00-2:30; Dec. 10, 17, Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25 (10 sessions)

Levels: Advanced Beginner to the Expert Skier
Cost: $250 for entire program Drop-Ins: $35/session

Description: Take your nordic skiing to a whole new level while meeting new girls to ski and have fun with. Mia Stockdale, owner of the Vail Nordic Center and level 3 certified PSIA instructor and Sarah Wright, NCAA skier for the University of New Hampshire, will split the group into two groups. They will lead you through 30 minutes of the day's technique and then give you the workout of the day. 

Our goal is to teach you the latest and greatest technique, so you can become more efficient and have more fun in the sport.  We want to pass on to you our passion for nordic skiing, the greatest winter sport going.

Refreshments

We have homemade soups as well as cookies, muffins, hot chocolate and coffee.
